The food is simple and great. I had herring with fried potatoes and I have to say they were the best fried potatoes in ages. Very crispy, not burnt! Pickled cucumber strips and apple strips were served with the herring. The sauce was very tasty. If I drive nearby, this would also be my first choice in terms of comfort.

Overall a good restaurant. We had difficulty finding a restaurant in Lauscha that was open on Tuesday. The landlord has a somewhat snooty nature that we didn't like. However, the food was very good and we would come back anytime.

Friendly, competent service, quite cozy atmosphere with a terrace. The food was really tasty, but little for vegetarians, nothing for vegans - potatoes with fried vegetables were prepared on request.

Super inn! Warm people. Have met nice, helpful and home-loving people. Actually not an inn, but a cultural communication center with cozy, sociable visitors😉

The food and service were good. For a moment, it did not look so inviting. Actually, it's a bowling alley. Alone from the food I would recommend it.

Very delicious food, very nice service, and it goes fast, in short and summarized: perfect.

We were on site at Mellichstöckdooch. For the ignorant Mellichstock, dandelion is. Surprisingly, it was delicious.

Top tent! Huge amounts of food! Very kind! Fast service and good to pay! And not unimportantly the food was also delicious!
